Mergaux ships all over Europe. We handle all logistics to ensure safe and timely delivery of your custom equipment. For more distant destinations, each case will be studied individually to assess the best possible shipping option.

Delivery times depend on your location, but typically range from 1 to 3 weeks after production is completed.

We use reinforced packaging and secure logistics to ensure your machine arrives in perfect condition, with full insurance coverage for peace of mind. If the material delivered weighs more than 30kg, it will be delivered on a pallet and carried by a semi-trailer truck.

As per the accepted quote, we will provide paid support and guidance throughout the installation process, depending on your location, to ensure your machine is properly set up and ready for use.
