Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the European Union, to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. For any other destination, write to us before ordering: we will prepare a transport quote.
Lead times
Our machines are made after the order. Allow six to eight weeks of manufacturing, plus transport time, usually two to ten business days depending on the destination and shipping method.
A different lead time may be stated on a product page, in particular for a product whose first batch is not yet available. That lead time then applies.
We keep you informed of progress and let you know as soon as your order ships.
Shipping methods
Parcel, for the Dips Prime (two parcels of 27.5 and 9 kg), the ApexGrip, the ProFit Dips Bar and accessories. Shipped by parcel carrier, delivered to the address given.
Pallet, for the Dip Station and multiple-machine orders. Shipped by a specialised carrier in a large truck. Delivery takes place Monday to Friday, by appointment, at the foot of the building or in front of the building entrance.
The driver does not carry goods upstairs or install the equipment. Given the weight of some machines, plan for a second person and step-free access, or a tail lift if your premises have no loading dock. Unloading is your responsibility.
If your street is not accessible to a large truck, you must tell us before ordering. Otherwise, a second delivery with a suitable vehicle will have to be arranged and its actual cost will be charged to you.
How our machines are delivered
The Dip Station is delivered assembled, put together and inspected in our workshops, on a pallet. For some destinations, when cost or access requires it, or at your request, it may be shipped disassembled: we tell you before shipping, and assembly then takes about forty-five minutes for one person, hardware and instructions included.
Our other machines are delivered partially assembled. Everything that stays fixed from one move to the next is already assembled and checked by us; the final assembly is up to you, with the hardware and instructions.
Shipping costs
Costs are calculated according to weight, volume and destination, and shown before payment is confirmed. Our rates per machine:

Outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are payable by you.
For ApexStage platforms and multiple-machine orders, transport is priced in the quotation.
On delivery
Check that the goods delivered match your order and are in good condition, in the presence of the carrier.
If the carrier refuses to wait while you unpack everything, state this explicitly on the delivery note before signing.
In the event of damage, missing items or non-conformity: record precise and detailed reservations on the carrier's document, refuse the delivery if the damage is significant, take photographs, and write to us at contact@mergaux.net quoting your order number. We take care of the claim.
A vague note such as "subject to unpacking" has no legal value with a carrier. Describe what you see: crushed box, bent corner, torn film, broken pallet.
Failure to deliver
If the goods cannot be delivered, or cannot be delivered within the agreed time, we inform you immediately and refund the sums paid for those goods. Your statutory rights regarding late delivery are not affected.
